Mr. Van Sickle is a forth generation building contractor and construction expert. He has managed construction projects for over thirty years and in forty-two States and has worked with all types of construction projects, industrial, commercial, medical, residential, and specialty projects in general. Mr. Van Sickle's construction management skills come from "hands-on" experience as tradesman in two major trades, masonry and carpentry. He manages from being a successful sub contractor, general contractor, developer, speculation builder, construction manager, commissioner of construction arbitration, expert witness in construction arbitration and co-host on the "Home Show" where he is the resident expert for questions that come across the radio talk program weekly. Mr. Van Sickle assists in construction management from being the Construction Manager on a $85,000,000.00 regional shopping center to a three-wall residential room addition. His principles are the same in all cases; honesty, integrity, expect success on all sides of a project from the contractors fair profit to the owner's getting the job done in a quality manner at the best possible price at the time with management control over the entire project. This Construction Manager believes in working for the "Project", not the people, where this philosophy has gotten him the reputation of getting the job done with all parties happy with the outcome.
